FACILITIES
Quality, Clean, and Safe

Golden Gait Stable has 25 stalls, a wash-rack, lounge, a bright indoor arena with sand footing and a stereo, indoor and outdoor round pens, and a lighted outdoor arena. There are also well-organized tack rooms, and neat spacious aisles for grooming. For the horses, there are bright stalls with windows that open and close, and the floors are rubber on limestone. There are pastures with shelters and paddocks for daily turn-outs. An allergy control program is practiced to reduce dust and allergens. There is also easy trailer access and parking.

MANAGEMENT
On Premises

Golden Gait Stable is owned and managed by Juli S. Realy of JSR Equestrian Services, Inc. She lives on the premises with her husband Michael, and three children. Michael is an experienced horseperson, as are her two daughters. Juli, as the owner and professional trainer, provides 24 hr a day supervision and care for the horses.

Each stall has a window for the horse's pleasure.

BOARDING
Always Open for Your Convenience

Boarding is available and includes custom care for your horse: Horses are feed 5x daily-a consistent and high quality nutritious diet. Supplements are passed out if needed. Stalls are cleaned 6X weekly. Fresh water, heated in winter, is always available. The horses are turned out daily, weather permitting, in a herd, small group, or individually. Wellness care needs provided (fly masks, bell boots, blankets etc.) We can also accommodate horses with special needs.

Golden Gait Stable offers activities such as: clinics, video sessions, trail-riding excursions, travel to open or schooling shows, game days, an annual Halloween party with its famous “haunted trail class” and best costume award. Educational as well as fun activities are planned to provide an opportunity to socialize (horses as well as people) and share common equine interests.

TRAILERING
Experienced, Comfortable, Safe

A large, bright, 4-Horse Trailer, with lights, dressing room and tack area, is available as needed. The trailer is extra high and wide to accommodate any size horse, has divider compartments, rubber mats, kickboards, and ties with safety panic snaps. It is pulled with a new heavy-duty 1-ton 4Wdrive pick-up, by an experienced driver with a CDL. Expert loading assistance is available.

PROFFESIONAL SUPPORT TEAM
Superb Wellness Care and Handling

Fine professionals are available working together to keep your horse in good health. Illinois Equine Field Service provides routine veterinary care as well as 24 hour emergency care service with a quick response time. Russ Vanderlie, Horseshoer, (Corrective) is available for all hoof-care needs and consultation. Professional equine training and retraining managed by Juli S. Realy, practitioner of PROGRESSIVE Training Methods. All employees and training assistants, at Golden Gait Stable, are equine-experienced in proper horse handling methods and care, offering your horse correct and consistent handling.
